Properties

Used (diluted) topically to alleviate pain caused by arthritis & other injuries such as sore muscles from sports. It is used in massages to increase circulation which also promotes pain relief. When inhaled it is energising and promotes mindfulness.

Blends with Frankincense, Geranium, Grapefruit, Lemon & Sandalwood. 

How to Use   

Diffuse in blends, dilute & apply topically, use in massages in a carrier blend.

Safety  

Flammable and should be diluted for sensitive skins.
