How to Use

Supports healthy, beautiful skin. As part of an inhaler, Rose essential oil increases self appreciation and soothes emotional wounds. Rose essential oil calms the nervous system and lifts the spirit, increasing self love. Combine with Lavender in a cream base or carrier oil to relieve sore muscles, joints or other physical ailments.

Along with Frankincense and Roman Chamomile, Rose essential oil can sooth tension in a warm bath. Rose oil is of a Yin nature (TCM) and best applied in the evening. It is useful in treating Yin deficiency such as mood swings, night sweats, nausea, insomnia, and dry skin, nails and dry eyes. When combined with Ylang Ylang, and Jasmin essential oil and jojoba base oil for a massage, it can release inhibitions.
